Project Type - ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATION Project Name - eGRANTS.gov
CNCS operates under the direct guidance of the White House and provides financial assistance to volunteers under a variety of programs such as the Peace Corp, Senior Corp and others.
Under sub-contract to SCI Consulting, TMS Associates provided senior database administration support for the eGrants.gov application. The contract deliverables included the management of a formal application patch release process for both scheduled and emergency releases, deployment of security patches to the database environment, planning for and providing support of new applications roll-out, migration of database versions, disaster recovery planning and security mangement. TMS Associates was commended for exemplary performance by the customer and the prime.
